This website is provided by the Company “Manolis Furs”. Before using this website, we recommend that you read the following terms of use, because unreserved acceptance of these terms is a prerequisite condition to your subsequent reading. Use of the website presumes your consent in accordance with legislation in force concerning privacy protection. You can read more about our Company’s policy in the section “Privacy Protection”.
Manolis Furs reserves the right to amend the following terms of use at any time without notice. In all cases, the new terms will be effective immediately upon being posted on this website. Access and use after the posting of the new terms requires and presumes unreserved acceptance of those terms.
The following terms and conditions apply to the use of the e-shop under the brand name “Manolis Furs ”.
Every user login and particularly the use of the e-shop services imply user’s consent and its unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth herein, without any exception. If the user does not agree to any of these terms and conditions, he/she must refrain from using the e-shop and from any pertinent transaction.
Manolis Furs reserves the right to modify or revise, at its discretion, the terms and conditions of the transactions via the e-shop, whenever deemed necessary; moreover, the company undertakes to inform the consumers of any change, through the webpages of this e-shop. Contracts via e-shop are drawn up in Greek.
Products
The products displayed on the e-shop are available for purchase. However, in the event of a shortage of the ordered product, the customer will be notified of such shortage and of the probable delivery date.
Product prices
Displayed product prices are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT).
Limitation of liability
Manolis Furs, during its transactions via the e-shop, is not liable for further damages that will eventually result from processing orders or failure to process orders or from the delay in processing, for any reason whatsoever. The e-shop offers the content (e.g. information, names, photos, representations) and the products that are available via the website “as is”.
Manolis Furs is not liable in any civil or criminal action for any incidental, special or consequential damage (including – but not limited to – disjunctively or/and cumulatively, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of income, pecuniary compensation etc.) eventually incurred by a visitor of the e-shop or third party on grounds related to the operation or the failure of operation or/and the use of the website or/and the failure to provide services or/and products or/and information displayed on it or/and any eventual unauthorized third-party interventions to products or/and services or/and information displayed on it.
Security
Manolis Furs has taken every necessary step to protect the information transmitted via the Internet by using safe transfer protocols (SSL) through which your data is transmitted encrypted and to guarantee maximum possible security.
The codes used for the identification of the customer, i.e., Username and Password, are only known to the customer who is solely responsible for keeping them strictly confidential to third parties. Manolis Furs is not liable for the use of a password by an unauthorized person.
Personal Data – Transactions Privacy
Users data (name, occupation, email, address, telephone, mobile etc.) and data regarding users’ transactions via the e-shop are confidential to any third party, as it is the case during usual transactions in a commercial store. Upon providing their data during their transactions, as well as, herein, users consent to and accept the forthcoming processing of their personal data, for the purpose of the smooth and easy operation of the transactions between the parties, as well as the transmission of these data to recipients which will be specified and are employees and agents of the company for the completion of the contract. Manolis Furs commits itself not to disclose data regarding the customers and their transactions, except when disclosure is authorized by them by written consent or imposed by court order or other public authority order.
The existence of the right to access and the right to object, as per article 12 and 13, Law No 2472/1997, is herein recognized.
Manolis Fursretains all documents and electronic data exchanged between the parties for the purposes of sale and it commits itself not to disclose data regarding the customers and their transactions, except when disclosure is authorized by them by written consent or imposed by court order or other public authority order. The customer may have access to these data upon request.

All contents of the e-shop, including mark designations, trademarks, images, graphics, photos, designs, texts etc. are owned by Manolis Furs and protected by the Greek and European law, as well as international conventions.
Any reproduction, transmission or creation of derivative works, based on this content or the deception of the public about the true provider of the e-shop is prohibited. Any reproduction, republication, downloading, presentation, distribution or transfer or any other use of the content in any way whatsoever or by any means whatsoever for commercial or other purposes is permitted only by written consent from Manolis Furs or any other copyright owner. Names, images, logos and mark designations that represent the e-shop under the trademark Manolis Fursor third parties and their products or services, are exclusive trademarks of Manolis Furs or of third parties protected by pertinent trademark laws. Their display on the website may not in any way be considered as transfer or delegation of license or of the right to use them.
