Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make a return within 15 days, with a full refund, or exchange the fur for another of your choice. In case there is a problem with your fur , you can send it back to our offices for inspection. If the problem is deemed to be from a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you. If the damage has been caused by normal wear and tear then our company will repair your fur coat at cost price after informing you first. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 15 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange .

All refunds will be processed within 15 days in the same way you made payment for your purchase.
Refunds will only be accepted if you have paid the same amount of money in the same way as you paid for your order:
- Packages are shipped within the 15-day return period.
- If the product has not been worn beyond the test and shows no signs of wear.
- If the product’s special tags and labels have not been removed or damaged.
- If all accompanying documentation and fur guarantee documents are returned along with proof of purchase.
- Shipment is made through a cooperating shipping company.
